How to clamp the saw blade

Our fretsaw is supplied without a saw blade. Using and changing a fretsaw blade is easy and can be done in a few simple steps using the clamping screws:

Before the saw blade can be fitted, the handle must be placed on the outside. Depending on the application, select the appropriate blade with a length of 130 mm and clamp it on the handle side first. Then press the fretsaw bow together and secure the blade on the other side. To prevent the saw from slipping when clamping, it is advisable to place the locking device opposite the handle side in a hole, e.g. in a fretsaw table.
