Tooth molds

All tooth shapes at a glance

Numerous tooth geometries are available for the various applications. The tooth pitch, shape and angle determine the optimum cutting of the material. To make sawing even more efficient and easier, we are constantly working on optimizing tooth geometries and improving manufacturing processes.

3-SIDED HIGH-SPEED CUT

Diamond grinding with 3 cutting edges for particularly powerful, easy sawing in push and pull as well as lengthwise and crosswise to the grain. For construction timber, laminate, stucco and plastics. 10 times longer sharp due to electro-inductive hardening (Hardpoint).

POINTED TOOTHING

For fine, clean sawing work in push and pull as well as lengthwise and crosswise to the grain. Fine toothing (14 teeth per inch) especially for strips and profiles, coarse toothing (7 teeth per inch) suitable for beams and chipboard. 10 times longer sharp due to electro-inductive hardening (Hardpoint).

DYNAMIC-CUT

Large isosceles pointed teeth, especially for roof finishing (large dry construction timber). Powerful and effective cuts in tension and shear as well as lengthwise and crosswise to the grain. 10 times longer sharp due to electro-inductive hardening (Hardpoint).

JAPAN TOOTHING

Following the Japanese model. Diamond cut with 3 cutting edges for extremely sharp, easy sawing on pull. Very suitable for moldings and model making. Fine to very fine toothing of the Japanese saws, depending on the application. 10 times longer sharp due to electro-inductive hardening (Hardpoint).

UNIVERSAL TOOTHING

Classic push toothing for fast, powerful sawing, ground on both sides. For all dry construction timber, laminated wood and chipboard, as well as thin plastics. Can be resharpened (unhardened) or electro-inductively hardened (Hardpoint, 10 times longer sharp).

Illustration Zahnform Hobelzahnung

HOBELZAHNUNG

Coarse, cross-ground teeth with chip clearer (for removing wood chips during sawing), for particularly effective cuts. Especially for soft, moist, but also dry garden wood. 10 times longer sharp due to electro-inductive hardening (Hardpoint).

Illustration Zahnform Gruppenzahnung

GROUPING

Coarse pointed toothing with cross cut and chip clearer (for removing wood chips during sawing). Especially for plasterboard, but also for damp and dry wood. 10 times longer sharp due to special hardening (Hardpoint).

Illustration Zahnform Lückenzahnung

GAP COUNTING

Coarse pointed teeth with cross grinding and large spaces between the teeth (minimize chip build-up). Powerful cuts on push and pull. Especially for dry garden timber and construction timber. 10 times longer sharp due to special hardening (Hardpoint).

SPECIAL TIMING

Particularly flat, wide teeth with additional very fine, small teeth. Especially suitable for precise processing of polystyrene and other insulating materials, without "snow" and tearing.

Illustration Zahnform Porenbeton Zahnung hartmetallbestückt

CARBIDE-TIPPED

Particularly stable toothing for construction saws, especially for aerated concrete (gas concrete). Very long service life when used professionally.

Illustration Zahnform Metall Feinstverzahnung

ULTRA-FINE TOOTHING

Very fine, highly resilient teeth for metal saw blades. 24 teeth per inch, in HS or HSS quality. For ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Advisor

Saw correctly

When sawing, ensure that the force applied is transferred to the saw and then to the material without loss.

Handling

For optimum power transmission, use the full length of the saw blade and only apply light pressure at the start. Our ergonomic handles not only support the correct hand position, but also prevent injuries. This is because an incorrect hand position can quickly lead to fatigue, especially when working for long periods.
