Our success is based on experience
We are a saw factory with over 100 years of history. Since 1980, the joint company has consisted of the two original traditional brands Augusta and Heckenrose. Over the last 15 years, we have established ourselves as Europe’s number 1 in the private label sector and are represented in almost every DIY store in Germany and abroad.
PRECISION
The path to a precision tool
There are several processes to go through on the path from a tempered steel coil to the finished saw. Each step is carried out precisely and with years of expertise. The entire production process is subjected to several quality controls in the process – all in-house.
We have state-of-the-art technical equipment for the manufacture of our quality products: High-performance lasers, diamond grinding machines, hardening and dipping systems, fully automatic packaging machines and plastic injection molding machines.

Own brands - individual
and versatile
We live and breathe private label – we can manufacture our products under our customers’ own brand names for our specialist retailers and wholesalers. This requires a very high degree of flexibility and openness towards special product requests and quality requirements.
The pad printing and assembly system applies the individual print to the blade and the handle is carefully assembled by hand. The handles are made from high-quality plastics from our own production facilities.
